James G. Lince founded Lince Law after a distinguished military career as a U.S. Army chief warrant officer serving on active duty in various operational expeditionary units, overseas and combat unit deployments. His latest role was Senior Technical Advisor at the Joint Communications Support Element (Airborne). He retired with 27 years from the USAR in 2023.
Prior to becoming an attorney, James spent decades in the information technology and cybersecurity fields globally. He also was involved with real property and HOA issues. He is a proud graduate of the Syracuse University College of Law, holds a Masters in Global Business Administration from The Georgia Institute of Technology and studied computer engineering at both the Georgia Institute of Technology and Franklin Pierce College. He holds several certifications.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, boating, supporting Syracuse Orange, and following Formula One racing. James is married to the former Shannon Elizabeth Paul of Atlanta, Georgia. They have two adult daughters and one spoiled Papillon.
