Our policy is to be efficient and effective with client's time and money. We know that timing is both a strategy and a tactic to be used for our client's interest. We will not give away our client's leverage in time or tactics.

We continuously negotiate to advance our client's objectives and goals.

Our culture is to be professional, civil and assertive for our clients at all times. We expect opposing parties to play by the rules, and will act accordingly. We will use every tool available to ensure full and fair due-process for our clients. We do not abuse the discovery process and do not tolerate those that do.

We will seek timely responses and results in all matters. We will seek reasonable schedules in all litigation matters, which are notoriously too long. We will not unnecessarily delay, or delay at the expense of our client.
